TENDER NOTICE

                        Sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms/authorized dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department, having Sales Tax Registration Numbers and NTN, for purchase of 180 Computers (P-IV Branded) and 180 UPS (400 Watts/650 VA), with following configurations for official use in the Election Commission of Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad as well as in the offices of all Provincial Election Commissioners.

2.                     Tenders may be submitted along with 5% earnest money in the shape of call deposit in the name of DDO, Election Commission of Pakistan, to the undersigned till 16th May, 2008 at 11.00 A.M.

 

3.                     Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12.00 Hrs. in the presence of representatives of the bidders.

 

4.                     The successful bidder should be responsible for supply of above said item within fifteen days of the issue of supply order, in the Election Commission of Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad and at all Provincial Election Commissioners Headquarters, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. 

 

 

6.                     The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

 

7.                     Tender documents along with specification of required equipments and distribution list may be obtained from this office on payment of Rs.1000/- during working hours upto 12th May, 2008.
